Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this document carefully before participating in coaching services through Thorns2Roses Coaching.
1. Scheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled by appointment only through approved scheduling methods provided by Thorns2Roses Coaching.
Session availability may vary based on scheduling capacity, workload, holidays, illness, emergencies, or other operational considerations.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Reasonable flexibility may be provided at the discretion of Thorns2Roses Coaching depending on circumstances.
3. Missed Sessions / No-Shows
Clients who miss scheduled sessions without notice may forfeit that session and may be required to reschedule through the standard request process.
Repeated missed sessions, late cancellations, or repeated no-shows may result in paused services, scheduling limitations, refusal of future appointments, or termination of coaching services.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late to scheduled sessions understand that sessions may still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect scheduling boundaries and other appointments.
5. Refunds
Because coaching services involve reserved time, preparation, scheduling coordination, and professional availability, refunds may be limited once services have been delivered.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Thorns2Roses Coaching.
6. Payment Expectations
If payment systems are used, clients are expected to complete payment arrangements according to agreed scheduling or invoicing procedures.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in paused or discontinued services.
7. Technology Interruptions
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate unexpected technology failures or platform interruptions when possible.
However, Thorns2Roses Coaching is not responsible for internet outages, third-party platform failures, device malfunctions, client connectivity issues, or service interruptions outside reasonable control.
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
Thorns2Roses Coaching reserves the right to decline, pause, reschedule, or terminate services when appropriate, including situations involving repeated cancellations, repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, boundary violations, safety concerns, inappropriate use of services, or requests outside coaching scope.
9. Acknowledgment
By signing or electronically acknowledging this policy, the client confirms that they have read and understood this policy, understand scheduling expectations, understand cancellation and refund limitations, understand repeated no-shows or cancellations may affect future services, and voluntarily agree to these scheduling and participation terms.
