4. No Guarantee of Results

Thorns2Roses Coaching makes no guarantees regarding relationship outcomes, reconciliation, emotional outcomes, communication success, personal growth timelines, behavioral changes, life outcomes, financial outcomes, or interpersonal outcomes.

All coaching outcomes vary based on numerous factors outside the control of the coach.

5. Assumption of Risk

Clients understand and voluntarily accept that participation in coaching may involve emotional discomfort, stress, difficult conversations, interpersonal conflict, increased emotional awareness, changes in relationships, changes in personal boundaries, and changes in communication dynamics.

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in coaching services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thorns2Roses Coaching and its representatives shall not be liable for indirect damages, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, financial losses, personal decisions made by clients, actions taken or not taken by clients, third-party actions, communication disputes, technology failures, interruptions in services, or loss of electronic data.

Clients agree that participation in coaching is undertaken at their own discretion and risk.

Nothing in this waiver is intended to limit liability in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where such limitation is prohibited by law.
